4th Price Protection! Club members get our best pricing. The silver club, (our most popular plan) saves you 20% on repairs, Gold and Platinum Members pay nothing for repairs. Just one service call could easily save more than an entire years worth
of membership dues. Platinum members are automatically enrolled in the Replacement Savings Account where unused funds can be used on future purchases.
Eligibility: All Systems are required to have a safety inspection before acceptance of application. Systems must be safe, clean and free of operational defects. Gold- and Silver-Club Memberships are offered at the discretion of the company and may be denied due to the age or overall condition of equipment.
Cancellation: You may cancel your membership at any time by simply calling the
company and requesting a cancellation. No refunds for unused services allowed. We
reserve the right to cancel this agreement for any reason with 60 days notice. Lapse in membership payments greater than 45 days will result in immediate termination of
membership and benefits.
Transferability: If you sell your home, you may transfer the membership to the new
owners without charge or inspection. If you relocate with in our trading area and
choose to enroll equipment at your new address, we will waive any pre-inspection fees that may apply.
Same Day Service: (Platinum-Club) You will be served before non-club, Gold-Club,
and Silver-Club members. Same Day Service is guaranteed if your initial call for
service occurs prior to 5:00 PM. Platinum-Club Members are always guaranteed
service on Holidays and Weekends. Gold- and Silver-Club Members may upgrade to
same day service for an additional fee of $99 per upgraded appointment.
Next Day Service: (Gold-Club) You will be served before non-club and Silver-Club
Members. Gold-Club Members are guaranteed the next available appointment no later
than 24 hours from the time of receiving initial call.
Two Day Service: (Silver-Club) You will be served before non-club members. Silver-Club Members are guaranteed the next available appointment no later than 48 hours from the time of receiving initial call.
Discounts: Free Repairs apply to Levels 1 thru 5 of the Straight Forward Pricing
Guide. Set-back thermostats are replaced with a lifetime warranty talking thermostat.
Free Service: (Gold- and Platinum-Club) Includes only the Heating and AC Units
(as packaged from factory), Thermostats and Refrigeration lines. Humidifiers,
Electronic Air Cleaners, UV lights, Hydronic Pumps and Valves are not included
under this service.
Membership Begins: Membership begins on the 1st of the month following the
initial date of service/inspection. ACH and credit card transactions will occur between the 1st and 9th day if each month.
Freight: Company pays all standard freight charges if any. Club Members pay
non-standard charges including compressors, heat exchangers and overnight,
where applicable.
