How much should it cost?

Our Company charges nothing for consultations to change out an existing system or anytime you need a new piece of equipment. For Repairs, expect to pay an evaluation fee, (usually $49 - $99) to determine exactly what today's problem is. The fee covers the cost to get the technician to your home and figure out what's wrong - then present you options.

How soon can you get here?

Depends: Some of our customers are members of a special club that guarantees they get the fastest service available, most same day. The club is easy to join, you could be a member too. Extreme heat and cold are problems – you may have to wait a few days. Mild weather appointments are usually available same or next day.

Our company has a relationship with every major manufacturer of heating and cooling company. We can repair every brand in service today. For new equipment we have chosen to align with companies that offer the best equipment for the dollar.

Warranties & Guarantees:

Our club members get a full two years warranty on all repairs, (best we know of ). Customers getting new equipment have multiple options, up to 10 years. Industry standard warranty is 90 days on the labor portion and 1 year for parts.

What if it cant be fixed today? --- How long will I suffer?

Our Plan is always to make the repair today, but doesn't every time happen that way. That's why we have our Plan B Guarantee. We have options to ensure that - somehow, someway - you sleep in comfort tonight.
